Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window, required information, and payment processing for VPNLQ subscriptions. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel; decisions and requests for additional information are recorded in the same ticket.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The refund window starts when the first payment succeeds, and eligibility is determined by when the support ticket is submitted. You do not need to prove that your experience fell short of expectations, and troubleshooting your connection first is not a condition for accepting your request.

When applying, specify the order you want refunded. Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different billing rules. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, but their validity period is separate from the refund window. A renewal, another purchase, or an upgrade during a subscription does not restart the refund window for your first payment.

For requests involving an upgrade, list both the original order and the upgraded order so payment and entitlement records can be checked. The price difference for a mid-term upgrade is converted into remaining days. Specify each payment record involved in the refund in your ticket to avoid refunding the same payment twice.

Eligible and Ineligible Requests

Within the refund window, you can request a refund if you are dissatisfied with your route selection, client, or subscription plan. Normal connections and ordinary data usage are not, by themselves, grounds for refusal. VPNLQ does not impose an unpublished data usage threshold under this policy, nor does it automatically deduct from a full refund because the service has been used.

Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment above. Unpaid orders, failed payments, and amounts already refunded cannot be submitted again as pending refund amounts. If payment records do not match what appears in your account, first verify the actual payment status.

Disputes involving excessive data usage, unusual payments, or accounts that may have breached the rules should be reviewed against the order, entitlement records, and relevant terms of use; an account label alone is not enough to determine the outcome. If a specific issue affects processing, explain the facts and the relevant terms in your ticket. An account restriction does not by itself mean a payment has been refunded, and does not replace payment verification.

How to Apply and What to Include

Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, mark your request “Refund request,” and provide the order number, plan or data package name, payment success time, payment method, and amount paid. If your request covers multiple orders, list each one separately so the order to be refunded can be confirmed.

If the order record does not match the payment, you may provide proof of payment or a transaction ID. Keep only the information needed to verify the transaction visible; you may redact other personal details. Do not include your account password, subscription link, wallet private key, or payment account login credentials in the ticket.

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Refund discussions also take place through support tickets in the user panel. If more information is needed, reply to the original ticket. Keep the ticket record and avoid submitting duplicate refund requests for the same order before the outcome is confirmed.

Payment Methods and Refunds

VPNLQ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. In principle, Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are refunded through the original payment channel to the original payment account. Check the payment channel's refund record for the actual destination. A successful payment and a completed refund are separate statuses, so check both the ticket outcome and your payment account records.

USDT refunds work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds. If the original transaction path cannot be used for a direct refund, verify the original payment record, receiving address, and network details in your ticket before confirming the refund arrangement. Do not assume that the address used to send the original payment can receive a refund; check the requirements of the wallet or custodial platform involved.

If the original payment route is unavailable, confirm any alternative refund method in your ticket first. Any differences involving addresses, networks, or channel fees should be explained, without promising a fixed rate not stated in this policy or changing the refund destination without confirmation.

Processing and Refund Confirmation

Refunds involve order verification, refund processing, and payment channel settlement. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on whether the information is complete, the status of the original payment channel, and processing progress; this policy does not promise a standard settlement time. A ticket submitted within the refund window will not be considered late because verification or channel processing takes longer.

After receiving the refund processing outcome, check the refund amount, relevant order, and payment records. If the funds have not arrived or the records do not match, add the details to the original ticket so the issue can be tracked. Once a refund is completed, the related subscription or data package entitlement ends. For information about service use and privacy practices, see the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
